Eloika lake
« on: June 14, 2009, 07:20:24 PM »
I ran the kids down to Eloika lake to fish off the dock for perch this afternoon.  A guy two docks down flips out a spinner bait and catches a 5 lb large mouth right in front of us!  We also saw a 3 pounder chasing the fry around, we flipped the old bobber towards him, but he wasn't interested.

I think it's time I grab the spinner baits and hit the weeds!!!!

A lot of time this time of year they are not chasing the fry, that is Momma guarding the fry.
