I got a letter sent to me about all units where the moose are, lol pretty generic, waste of effort imho  pretty much moose are in the woods :chuckle:

I noticed in the regs it said moose tags were 109.50 but the game department charged me 110 so hopefully they charged me the right price. Sounds like I will have to break down and call them tommorrow.

It's .50 and you have a moose tag in your pocket.  I wouldn't worry about it too much.

Yep Shane that is what they told me they were waiting for, pamphlets from the fish and wildlife showing where to find moose.

Went up scouting today off of highway 2. I did'nt see any moose but did see alot of tracks. I was pretty surprised I did not see any moose because it was a cool overcast day and all the other animals in the woods were moving sawabout a dozen deer, couple nice bucks. Also saw a bear and about 100 turkeys. The spot looks very promising for moose though so I think I will spend the first couple days of the season in that area.

Thats a cool picture wish I could have atleast caught a glimpse of something like that but I guess it will have to wait until the next trip.

180- Listen to Machias and another with info in the same area. great Moose in there. PM me when you get a chance and mayeb I can get out with you and scout the areas up there..... Many Moose in that drainage!!!!

mooseare here . com.... How about just get out and hunt, whether you get one or not that is whats its about.... not going to the grocery store and getting  aslab of mooose. :brew:

I spent the week in Chewelah at my Mom and Dads. There's been some BIG BULLS seen this year in 49. Hotter then hell right now so there layed up in the timber during the day.
