Hope everyone is doing well, I surprisingly drew a tag for 204 November 1-20. I'm hoping for a nice mule deer, always hunted blacktail on the west side, so any help would be appreciated.

You go the quality tag and not the late buck tag? That is a heck of a draw with only 5 tags!! It is a fantastic area, hope you've been over scouting and fishing! Lots of good areas some are so thick it will be tough to see through but as a blacktail hunter you'll be used to it! That is a fantastic time for mule deer! Get over there, find the does and the bucks will be around them come that time of year. Post up about some of your scouting trips and hopefully a few tips will come your way! Best of luck on the hunt!

Congrats! Nice draw! Only things I have to say is pre scout the area, stick in the higher elevations near the timber and take the entire season to enjoy it. Been hunting up around that area a while and it will get you a monster! Good luck!
