Truck tires

What’s everyone running for truck tires ? I’ve hankook for a long time but looking to see if there better options?

Been on falken wild peak at/3 for almost 3 years and 2 hunting seasons. Zero issues with them. Quiet on pavement. Work good off pavement.

Cooper ST MAXX for me. Ram 2500 Cummins.   Just crossed 33k miles on them.   Will easily make 40, which is impressive me and my style of driving .   I will buy them again. 
I ran toyo open country AT 2 which lots of people talk up but I absolutely hated them.   At 24k miles they were dang near bald and had chunks of rubber falling out of them.   I then went to the Les Schwab in house brand of that tire and hated it as well.   I’m glad I’ve now found the coopers and will be running them until cooper changes something about them.

I’ve run BFGoodrich KO2s for a lot of years now. It’s a good all around tire, especially snow. They’re pretty quiet for this type of tire & I usually get 45k-50k out of a set

Just started a pair of Cooper AT3's, we'll see how they do come fall. The Toyo RT's were great until the roads freeze up, then they're trash.

Michelin Defenders-current set going on 85,000 miles and still a little left in em. Makes no sense to me to buy tires that are best for the driving you do 5% of the time (off road or snow)  and only get 30-40,000  miles on em.

This is good to hear. That’s what I plan to put on my Ram 2500 Crew as soon as I wear out the stock firestones. I had ST Maxx on my old F250 and loved them

I strongly disagree, anything will get you down the road on dry pavement. When things get nasty up in the mountains is when you need a good tire the most, I'll happily sacrifice some mileage in order to not be severely handicapped when I'm in a hairy situation. Chains are great but they have their limitations.

Put the Falken AT4w’s on the new truck. Haven’t been put to any real test yet but I like them so far.
