I'm a Martin man too.  They will have to pry the Martin SlayR from my cold dead hand... :yike:  :chuckle:

My buddy has a bengal and says its very forgiving. martin alson has a rytera line up that is amazing. I have a bullet x. The alien looks mind boggling.

Slayer Extreme is my Huckleberry. I have always owned Martin Bows.
Some people spend their entire life wondering if they made a difference. Marines don't have that problem.

my back up bow is my original Martin cougar magnum 2000.  Very forgiving and still shoots good for a 10 year old bow!!

I've got an '02 or '03 Phantom with the magnum limbs. Just up graded to a new rest and next payday it gets a new string. I love it and can't complain as it shoots 315-320 ftps.

I do like the new '09 MOAB and wish the misses would let me get one.
God Bless,
Scott

Martin IMO makes the best bows for the $. thier economy line is a great value for the $$ I used to have a martin phantom 2 before I started shooting Hoyt.... The new warthog is not a bad bow either, I shot about 40 shots through my buddies awhile back and at 350fps IBo its smoother then any of the other speed bows I have shot ( reezen, x- force, monster ) and it draws a little smoother IMO as well

I'm an '04 Phantom II shooter.  Love it.  Just afraid to shoot any of the new bows, don't know if I'd make a mistake and buy one!

that old fury got me hooked on bow hunting , hated to retire a bow with so many kills , technology caught up. Never had a martin fail me , If you like the way it feels sounds like you found your new hunting partner . You do talk to your bow right ?
