I still have several pounds left from the great buffalo harvest.
Tonight we are having strip steaks.

Would you mind PM-ing me the info on your harvest? I don't make care if I harvest it or not but I've been striking out on trying to buy a half from some local-ish places that race them so looking for other options.

Ahhh! I'm sorry I forgot about your raffle hunt. I remember reading about it now.  Ironically Stangle Ranch is one of the places I'm trying to buy a half from.
