Weird deer
« on: October 03, 2025, 02:35:34 PM »
Can't seem to get a great pic, but this little 2 point has one horn sticking straight out sideways from it's head. Horn seems normal but just out funny when you see him straight on. Hangs around the yard so hoping to get a better pic

I bet he busted off his pedicle, I shot a spike elk with a horn flopping to the side like that back in 2020

Have a spike BT in our yard that both come straight down in front of his eyes.

A buddy of mine back in the day had a few pictures of a buck that he said got hung up in one of his B wired fences. He had a picture of it in the velvet and he had a picture of the same buck with hard horns. Looked very similar. He used to empty the ashes out of his wood stove, the deer would flock to it to lick up the charcoal, that guy got stuck in the fence when they went out to get a picture. Got his horns all discombobulated.😆
