Wyoming 2026, who's in?
« on: January 26, 2026, 02:46:11 PM »
In with 7 pts for general elk (W).  It'll be my first time hunting WY.

Thinking about doing early October to hit end of the rut and make sure H tag mule deer hunters will be out of the woods, though I guess I could go late September and bring archery equipment and split archery and rifle 50:50.  Either way, can't wait!

Planning for speed goats here...

I'm planning to hunt mule deer and possibly antelope.
Nature. It's cheaper than therapy.

In for elk in the random, looking for an antelope tag with a pile of buddies with about 7-8 points. Got 16 deer points I’ll think I’ll be buying a point again I’m just not fired up on any deer hunts that are in my range

Probably for antelope and potentially deer and elk.   No place I'd rather be in the fall.

Good luck to everyone who puts in - hopefully the mild winter leads to some big racks in future reports!

We should draw for antelope, have to look at odds for deer and elk.
