Vortex Nomad spotter?

---Anybody have this spotting scope? I have been reading reviews for acouple years now on this spotter and it seems to be pretty well liked. My little winchester isnt isnt cutting it anymore! I would like to hear from any of you that have this spotter! Chris

Nice scope.  I looked at them last year when I was in the market for one.  Nice clarity and seemed like a nice scope for the money.  However ended up going with a Nikon Pro Staff 82mm in the end, which I absolutely love.  It's more money but you can find them or any other scope for that matter including the vortex online cheaper, if one looks...i.e. ebay, gun broker etc.

I have a pair of vortex binos and I love them. Just bought the nomad a couple of weeks ago and only used it once at the rifle range. They seemed to work pretty good but it was so hot that the heat vapors kind of distorted the image. For the price to quality ratio I don't think you can go wrong. Lifetime guarantee just like binos too.
