Nice job! We had a recurve at our archery camp one year in Oregon and I think I shot it 100 times and hit the target once!
granted we were trying from 60 yards and out to make it interesting but still I think at 25 yrds I was only like 50% at even hitting the target, man that's a hard way to get an animal!!! Congrats.

Great Job! Meat, Meat, Meat, Yummy! Decided to go that route for next year, just awaiting my long bow and the rearing to start shooting....

Congratulations there Hoyt Shooter!
I still have the two recurve Hoyt bows I got back in the 1970's. The hunting bow is a 62" 53# takedown hunter. The target bow is a 66" 34# Pro-Medalist. Both were very good bows in their day. My right shoulder is a mess right now and I can't pull the hunting bow anymore. Working on the target bow though - might be able to handle it soon.
I'd love to get afield again with my recurve hunting bow - great memories from years past. Congratulations on your elk!
Regards, Guy
