The bull is from Hanford Nuclear Reservation north of the Tri Cities.  Yes, there have been 2 other threads started on this picture in the last couple of days, so evidently it is a recent photograph.  There is no hunting on Hanford.  None.  Ever.  Unless he leaves the reservation, he (and his buddies) will likely die of old age.... :bash:
