Shotgun beads?

Do the high-vis fiber optic beads help or do they distract?  I don’t even remember seeing the bead when shooting.   It certainly doesn’t register and I don’t look for it, I focus on the target 100%.

I just got some & think they work great, Low light conditions too. Plus my eyes aren't getting any better with age.
