Well I've been looking around for a new pistol for packin around in the hills when i go hiking and stuff and ran across someone that I know that has a ruger p90 45cal and I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this gun. I have shot it and it seems like a good gun.

I had one. It shot 100% reliably, fed every type of ammo I could give it. It also has a super reputation. The only issue is that you need big hands. It is a very large grip.
Plus, it can double as a roofing hammer.

I had a P97 for awhile. It was loud as hell, and big as a brick.
But it never malfunctioned and was always accurate. It would be a good woods gun, even though I'm partial to wheelguns in the outdoors.

Had a P90 a few years ago shot well but the only thing I didn't like about it was it only held 7 in the magazine well I needed money and sold it. Then this year a rock was thrown through the front window at 3:30 in the morning one sunday so decided to get another .45auto and found the springfield xd shoots good and holds 13 in the magazine. Liked the grip on the P90 better tho.

well went out and ran a couple boxes through it today. 4" group at 20yds off the bench went up to 6" offhand. Shot pretty good. im shooting 2-3" left but I'll wait to do any adjustment until the next time i go out.
