Got my bobcat skull back!
« on: July 28, 2009, 08:14:12 PM »
:whoo: Finally made it down to Bucklucky's today. Had to get out of the heat and go for a ride with the A/C. I also took him a piece of old growth juniper for him to mount my cat on. My dad had his cat skull done and had the hide tubed so we were able to pick it up too. It looks great. My dads cat hide turned out great too. Now it will be pins and needles waiting to see how my mount turns out!

Beautiful display.  I want me one of them.

Given how long it took me to see my first coyote, I wonder how long it may be before seeing a bobbie in front of my rifle?  (It may be a while, as I don't hunt many places that have lots of brush.  Mostly open sage.)  It is a goal to work toward.

I just ordered an M2D Camo longsleeve T-shirt, so's I can stand to be out there in warmer weather, "extending my season" as it were.

Cute little thing!   :chuckle:

seriously though, looks good.
I've hunted almost everyday of my life, the rest have been wasted.

nice looking skull.. can not wait for my first cat, so I can get a skull done.
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.
