I don't know how it happens but everyone I get their picture, they try to kiss the fish..... :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:  Ray on the other hand is living out some sort of fantasy.... :chuckle: :chuckle:  If you can believe this, I was actually accused of playing be boop, aka "Mall Rock" music on the radio...  And I had another old person go off on me for being at the wrong spot and they didn't like it.  Looks like I better join Old Folks Anonymous to figure out what dirty magnet I have with the senile old ones.....  And why they like to let me know how they are thinking...    What gives with Chinook area and the angry old people??????

It took me about 30 seconds to figure out why that Thunder Jet had 2 kickers. :chuckle:

He was attracted to you Cohoho. I was surprised he did not come back for a second round with obscenities. That dude was more angry than some of the road rage experts I see on 405. He'd fit right in Seattle very well with that hot head. Wonder what happens to people like that who meet up with other hot heads. Sounds like a recipe for butt kicked. Not that I am advocating it but someone would certainly take it to that level eventually. Whew.

Not at all, simply filleting the Sturgeon, when he raced across the parking lot like a lunatic in his truck, it was a fifty yard walk mind you, but he had to drive..  He jumps at of the vehicle yelling at the top of his lungs, "what the f'ing are you doing, who the f'ing do you think you are.  How would you like someone cleaning a fish in your front lawn."  "Your type are all the same, etc... etc..". My response was "you can explain yourself calmly I'd listen and you don't have to be an ass about it."  Wanted to say some other choice things, but it wasn't worth it, finished the last fillet and put the carcass into a five gallon bucket and tossed it in the woods on the way back....  Where I was filleting, it was just to the right of the docks about 100 yards, simple fillet and chuck the carcass into the bay...  Guess not...  Every other dock/launch I have been to in this state allows it and most have cleaning stations?   But seriously what a very stupid guy, short fat and old - acting like a complete idiot, running up basically challenging four bigger guys, that he had no ideal how they would have reacted.  Very easily like Ray stated had it been some hot headed group or drunk group and old guy would have had problems.   That makes three weekends in a row that I have been flipped off, called an f'ing a-hole, and now raged on by Senior citizens that ought to be living in relaxed- chilled mod and enjoying life......  Wow... Anyone want to do community service at the retirement home with me???  I can promise a good time.... :chuckle:  I was telling my neighbor this story and of the past three weekends, he is 75, he said he wished he had been there, he would have kicked that old dudes butt... :chuckle:  I think I am going to put a Geritol or Depends sticker on my boat or have a shuffle board game all set up so they welcome me next time...

I'm still just trying to figure out why all these sturgeon are being kissed...its so weird  :o

as for the issue with the old folks.....usually they are nice....maybe they are just messing with your head trying to keep you out of their favorite spot  :dunno: :dunno:  maybe you ought to offer to take them fishing  :dunno:  I don't know but pissing off the old timers is probably not a good hobby  :chuckle: :chuckle:

maybe you should take your neighbor and he can handle these raging old people..... :chuckle: :chuckle:

Maybe Hoytstaffshooter will hire you as a deck boss ?? at least till you learn to get along with the stick up their ass, denture smackin, diaper wearin, smack talkin, geriatric fossils you always seem to run into at the launches, I think he could turn you into hollywood star material in just a few short years !!

You might be onto something !!!  :chuckle:

Cohoho,

Sounds like you ran into one of the town idiots.  There's a more than a few, even in this small town.  Let me start by saying that it sounds to me like you guys did absolutely nothing wrong, but let me tell you what we get to deal with on a daily basis in the summer.  I used to rent the upstairs in that duplex right next to the fish factory, right near the boat launch.  Multiple times every day people would pull their boats into my driveway, grab my hose off the side of my house and start washing their boats off, fillet their fish right in my driveway, then throw the carcasses in my garbage can!  WTF??  I ended up having to store my hose in my hose, padlock the water spigot and hide my garbage can.  My neighbor that was next door (it's a vacation home) said when he got there for a weekend he had to pick up about 45 sturgeon carcasses out of his yard.  Again not defending the guy that went off on you, or saying that you guys did ANYTHING wrong, just letting you know some of the things I dealt with when I lived next to the boat launch.

Oh probably right, he already might have had a bad day and we were the last person in contact that he had to drop his frustration at.  Man -that sucks someone actually utilized your hose to clean their boat..... :bash: I never have too quick to judge people and why they do certain things, reminded me of a story I heard recently.  I guy was on the subway his kids were acting crazy and loud etc...  A lady was getting po'ed so she said "Mr. Why don't you control those bratty children of your?"  He looked up and said I am sorry but I didn't even realize, we are just coming from their Mom's funeral and they haven't been able to sleep or eat for three days.  The lady felt like a smuck when she heard his reply.  You never know what folks went through prior to meeting up with you at that very point in time.  I hope you realize my nagging about these past couple older folks run in's is in good nature and doesn't influence my thoughts on Chinook or the surrounding communities, I like it down there alot and have always meet really cool and laid back people also, it is just the butt heads over shadow those meetings....
