Shane - Cberg is a taxidermist and mounted his buck - just fyi.  He did my buck - attached.  I don't have any good field photo's as I was by myself and none of them turned out.

that's a great buck
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

And Here is the finished product in my house.

Sorry, I spread this out, but I couldn't find the right pictures when looking, so I took a new one.

This is Brutus.  Shot Dec 08 in Kansas.  Picked him up this week from the Taxidermy shop.  Nice to finally have him home.

too bad he doesn't have any brow tines or he would be a nice buck!

(beautiful buck...)

Another quick trick I use to re-size photos...  Works if you have Outlook set up.  you can do hundreds of photos at the same time.

1.  Open Windows Explorer, browse to the folder that has your photos and select all the photos you wish to re-size (tip, holding shift will select a series between two files, and holding control will allow you to click on multiple files and select only the ones clicked on)
2.  Hover the mouse pointer over one of the selected photos and right click.
3.  A pop up menu will come up.  move the pointer down and click on the "send to option"
4.  Another menu will show up.  Choose "Mail Recipient"
5.  A pop up box will come up asking if you want to make all your pictures smaller.  click on the radial button for this option
6.  If not already open, Outlook will open up and a new mail will be created.  it will insert allthe selected photos in as attachments and they will be sized down for you.
7.  select all the highlighted photos and paste them into a new folder.  As long as you select a different folder than the original one you pulled the full sized photos from, it will not overwrite your larger high-rez photos.

see screen shots...
