Colorado Trip

Went to Colorado with my wife's family for a wedding over the past weekend.    Here are some of the pictures from the trip.  Pics aren't as good as a lot of people's on this site, but I just thought I'd show you some of the country and views we saw.

I'll also attach some more misc pics that give some more impressions of the trip.  Overall, the trip was a ton of fun and we got to see a lot of really pretty country.  We say many elk, including some very large bulls I was not able to get pictures of and two bachelor herds of deer.

Awesome Shane!  That buck is awesome, I would guess 31" - 32"   That's just how he looks to me.

That's one heck of a buck there, Shane.  Thanks for posting these - they bring back memories of when I saw some monster mulies in Colorado.   Were the Mule Deer in Rocky Mountain National Park?  I know you said the elk were photographed there, so I was wondering if that was also the mulie's hangout.  I'd love to be able to get to RMNP in September for the elk rut.

No actually, the mulies were all on public land.  I checked the regs and they are all in public land open season units.  Pretty neat actually.
