Archery Store in Rainier
« on: August 05, 2009, 11:24:41 AM »
:)I just got back from this store. I walked in about 5 mins before 11:00am, three guys were in the store. The biggest guy asked me what I was doing. I said "just looking around, and maybe have a couple stupid questions for you" He said " I dont have time for stupid questions, I am not open for 10 more minutes" His sign said he opened at 11:00.
Hell with the rude jerk, I will not be  going back.

Crazy - I have not had the same experience there.  I've bought several things there (arrows and some other stuff) and my Dad has purchased 2 bows from them.

There is no excuse for treating anybody like that (a customer or anybody else, for that matter) but I wonder if you just caught the guy at the wrong moment?

If you go in and drop a grand you'll be treated just fine, otherwise it's a crap shoot. It also depends on who you deal with there. Some of the guys are great!

Man it burns me up to here stuff like this, customer service should be #1, dont care if your just looking or buying, and should never matter with how much you spend, i'll take 10 customers spending 100, over 1 customer spending 1000, treat them all the same and get more in return from the 10, i moved a few years back and was looking for a bow shop close to me, got 2 recommendations and both places were a joke at customer service, will never go back to them and i tell everyone that asks me not to go to either shop, wound up going to my old shop even though i have to drive farther to it. I'll just say 1 shop is in everett and the other is in mt vernon that i dont recommend at all, the shop i use is in mont lake terrace, called the Nock Point..

Are you sure you're not talking about Fletch setters in Rainier? Last time I was at Rainier archery ( today ) they open at 10:00! I'm just putting 2 and 2 together the town of Rainier is closer to Yelm and the store hours don't jive. Hopefully if you made an honest mistake of Identity you'll own up to it, even so I'm sorry to hear you were treated like that anywhere.

Rainier archery is in Graham, Wa. And the only big guy in there is Lee and he is Black. So was the big guy that told you they didn't open till eleven Black.

So it's NOT Rainier Archery in Graham it's in Rainier ( the town )? I could have been mistaken on the name of the shop in Rainier ( the town ).

Honest mistakes happen Wapiti and I think this is one of them. It is a little confusing with a shop in Rainier and a shop named Rainier! Hell I'm confused!
