I am looking up a contact for the office in Missoula, gonna send them a note about it.
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.

List price on the Shultz Creek parcel is $7.9 million.  I've got a couple hundred, could someone loan me the rest?

RMEF is aware of the land being for sale.  Here is the reply back from my email to them.

Hi John, thank you for your email. Our lands staff that covers Washington and Oregon is aware of this situation and is working with Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife to see if there can be a conservation outcome for this land. Of course, the major hurdle is securing funding for a land purchase of this importance.  Again thank you for your concerns for wild places and for notifying us of this situation.

So again, it will boil down to who has the money first.  Conservationists or the developers.

Weyerhaeuser announced the sale of 140,000 acres in northwest Oregon to The Campbell Group today.  It is also trying to sell another 82,000 acres in Washington.
