Shot on opening weekend by my buddy Bryce (on right) good shot 338 yards just not very big 225 probably.

Nice color...grats to him.

My first bear was about the same size...

they called me "Cub scout" back at camp.

Of course, I was the only one to get a bear that year.  :chuckle:

Congrats, but with those ears that bear will have a hard time making 135 pounds.  Not trying to demean or anything, but there is no way that is a 225 bear.   :twocents:  Nice shot!

Seriously, any bear is a good bear, congrats.
