Source to find hunting areas around Yakima

Can any of you point me in the direction of a source to find public hunting areas in the Yakima/Ellensburg area? I will be in that area over the holidays and was hoping to get in some upland hunting.

hit the yakima canyon on canyon road. you can park at the umtanum recreation site, cross the river and walk the hillsides looking for chuckar and maybe some pheasant. you could look at the washington recreation atlas they sell at numerous bookstores like barnes and noble. it will give you public land areas. you can also look at the gohunt site off of wdfw website. there's a link to it on this site's homepage.

Go get a rez permit and hunt the yakima rez lots of feel free to hunt

Thanks for the ideas...turns out I already have a rez permit from the opener this year. I forgot about that.
