new pack
« on: September 10, 2009, 04:54:21 PM »
just picked up the "main beam horn hunter" today and i couldn't be happier. cant wait to get it out in the hills. ive always gone kinda the cheap route on packs in the past and just dealt with it but im glad i got this one. still not to spendy at about a hundred and a half but top quality and tons of space. put all my stuff in there and it feels lighter than my old pack when worn  :dunno: same amount of stuff. any one else have this pack? what do ya think?

I just got the mainbeam XL it is very nice and would highly recommend it. it has tons of room and is super comfortable, the pocket design is very well thought out.

Have you tried putting 80 or so lbs in it and seeing how it feels on your back?  I'd be curious to know as they look like a nice pack.
