A couple of memories from last year...
« on: October 20, 2009, 04:08:50 PM »
I'm just getting out of big game hunting mode (although I'll take some time to try to get an elk in late archery) and am really starting to think about bird hunting.  I looked at a couple of pictures from last year to get me revved up.

One of them is when dog is feeling good and the other is when she's as miserable as I've ever seen her (extraordinarily cold).  So miserable, in fact, that she got to ride in the front seat of the truck with me.  I was proud of her, too (and maybe that's the real reason.)

Nice pics! My dog always rides in the cab with me. That's just who we are. Shoot, that's why I soldmy jeep to get a truck. Needed a bench seat. I know. Lot of folks may chastise me for not crating her, but we just belong together. I would feel like a jerk leaving her in the back all the time.
