anybody hunt this late with any luck? any tip or places to start would be thankfull for any help

I would not waste my time if I were you.  I live in the unit and the little bit of public ground that has elk on it gets hunted very, very, very hard.  If you do hunt it hunt it opening day.  After that the ones that are still alive make there way into the winston creek unit.

The archers can benefit from that since they have the winston for late elk!

there is a few good spots in the unit.  beat feet an go to the swamps an u will find them.  pm me i can help
