GOT HIM!!!!
« on: October 22, 2009, 06:20:18 AM »
opening day 715 am seen him cross canyon so i scoped him saw he was good then i ranged him at 403yrds.   got a steady prone rest over a stump and torched off the 7mm mag  drilled him in the heart.   then he proceeded to roll down the hill and over a 60 ft rim rock cliff and nail a pine tree.  The whole way down the canyon and up the other side I knew he wouldnt have any horns left when i got to him.  to my suprise he didnt even have a chip missing.  awesome fun!!  secret location in the blues!!

I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.
If I ageed with you, then we'd both be wrong.

Beautiful buck! My buddy hunted the Blues on opening day but didn't get anything. He did see a bear but didn't have a tag for it. Love the Blues! :chuckle:
