NICE BEAR!!!  Glad to see you and your son tagged out with a bonus bear.  Hope you left something for us bowhunters to shoot.

Hunted the Cashmere side last Saturday, and saw 23 does, and 3 bucks "one shooter". On Sunday we wen't to the Entiat side, and saw nothing. A lot more people on the Cashmere side, but that's where the deer are, and they are all low. No sign of any rutting yet either. I'm heading to the wheat fields to put some meat in the freezer, so best of luck!

Got my first buck with a bow on Monday the 23rd in the Swakane.  I'll post up a story later, I'm visiting the in laws in Boise for Turkey Day right now.  Saw a few bucks (3 or 4 a day), tons of deer and lotsa lotsa hunters, including some that felt more than right in running around you to get to a deer in front of you.  Thankfully they ran right by the deer and left them for us.  Seemed like the bucks were all rutting to me, just a small percentage of the does are ready at a time though I think.  Good luck to all still hunting.

Mike
