Im not sure but this thing was huge. I was thinking maybe someones dog but I was way out in the middle of nowhere miles from anyones house in the northeast.

All 5 toes on the front would make that a bear carcass. :dunno:

Just by the look of the paw I would say that is no dog or no wolf.   Looks like a bear paw to me.  :twocents:

Wow I feel stupid we did find grey hair around it though. Threw me off.

That is really cool. Feel lucky that you found a pretty near complete bear skeleton, with so many bears in the woods I bet not more than a couple guys on here can say they found a bear skull let alone a whole skeleton, Great find

Iv;e found a couple of bear skeletons out in the woods......All at the end of a hunk of lead I throw at them. :chuckle: :chuckle:
