hey duckmen1, we made some duck last nite and it was awesome, first time trying it this way. Cut them into strips like BK chicken tenders, bread 'em and deep fry 'em and right after you take them out of the oil put them on a paper towel for a minute to get some of the oil off and throw them in a bowl of buffalo sauce. After you take 'em out of the sauce they are kind of crunchy, kind of chewy and taste just like hot wings
