Here is the buck i shot with my Entiat permit last thursday.  Not a monster, but a nice heavy deer with some character.  24" wide, 3" eyeguards, had a droptine but it was broken off, probably would have been at least 2 or 3 inches if it was still there.  It was definitely a fun hunt!  Now the wait begins to draw that tag again.
NICE BUCK congrats, 24" wide and 3" eyeguards? :dunno:

very good buck, and it beats all this tag soup I've been reading about.

I'd be pleased with a buck like that come the day I draw my Gardner or Perrygin late buck tag...11 points now accumulated and hoping for 2010.

Great lookin buck, I like them dark horns. Too bad about that drop tine, definitely would have added character.

Great buck for sure. too bad the drop tine broke. that happened to my dad last year. when he shot it, it rolled down to the bottom of the canyon and it broke off a drop tine.
