I counted nine
« on: November 20, 2009, 08:14:48 PM »
Trucks at the gate I was hunting behind today. I am not looking forward to tomorrow (weekend).  :'( I am seeing some deer and sign but no bucks yet. I hope one of them pushes some of the deer my way.

i always think its funny when guys just keep piling up behind other trucks at gates. i suppose it depends on how big the area is but Ive seen a good 15 trucks at a gate and the area there walking into is a few square miles  :chuckle: come on guys do some scouting and have more than one option. the max amount of trucks i will walk up behind is 2, any more than that and I'm off to the next spot. not much you can do tho when your the first in and coming out you see all trucks. makes me wonder sometimes. get there early tommorrow like real early and they may push up to you when they come in

I hunted there Thursday. Got all the way up into about 3" of snow..no tracks.! We went to the bottom of the new cut, nothing! There is a bunch of sign low. Good luck !The chevy, green dodge and a green tundra were there Thursday morning.
