Whitetail dissapearing
« on: November 26, 2009, 07:02:35 PM »
where i whitetail hunt in Idaho it has been terrible the last 3 years we would usually get some really nice bucks from nov. 12-20th but they had a fire down on the breaks 3 years ago and the area was infested with elk i talked to the locals we hunt with and in one week they had no deer hanging in camp, i began hearing wolves about 5 or so years ago in the area do you think this could be a factor? we did shoot alot of bucks over the 10 years out of there but it seemed like there was an endless amount of deer. I had days 4 years ago where i would see 20+ deer from my stand. Looks like i will have to find a new place to hunt whitey.
