Skagit co Blacktail 1984
« on: November 28, 2009, 11:09:32 PM »
This is my first big Blacktail he weighs hanging here 206 lbs. This is my favorite buck because I still hunted him @ 4500 ft. elevation shot him in the morning about 8:30 am in the snow. 30-06 Ruger 77 2-7 Leupold 165 gr. hornady bullet. It was down hill on the drag out so I sat on him and rode him like a sled.

Dandy buck there BLR, glad to see you come over here from BTC.  I much prefer looking and reading about local stuff!

Never gets old looking at the bruiser bucks you've killed!
