Thats the definition of misery right there. You know, i've honestly stopped reading anything that has to do with Indians anymore because it just pisses me off to no end. Beautiful bull, to bad it had to meet its end to some worthless dirtbags like that.

Why do people have to be *censored*s?
Those are not people and especially not hunters their scum. Why do these people keep doing this? It's because they don't throw the book at violators like this.

it would be nice if the tribe stepped up and banned these guys from hunting if they are infact holding tribal permits. perhaps we need to make actions like this a bit more publicly known......to hell with "PC" this is what entitlement gets you.

Bone somehow that doesn't surprise me. Even here on the wet side the only thing I saw on native american hunting(in the Everett Herald) was so much turned around it was rediculous. Matter of fact I remember you made a comment to the editor about the story. So for some reason the media doesn't want to this.

I finally got to see the pics (can't see most forum pics while I am at work..Firewall) and I am sure I have live pics of this bull.   CRAP!  He was a fave because he was so narrow and yet such a huge bull.  His swords especially on the one side were awesome.   I've seen that bull for like 3 years.    :bash:

The problem is that State Authorities have no jursdiction when it comes to the Indians.  I live on the southern tip of the Reservation and let me tell you, this goes on all year long down here.  More than just poaching happens.  THey're a Soveriegn Nation, let them stay in their own Country I say.

Hell the tribe isn't gonna step up, why the hell should they.  Hell the tribes just figured out how to get Obama to pay them 3 billion dollars, the tribes don't give 2 $hits about what these guys just did, and they never will.  It's a damn shame I say that these kind of Indian are even allowed off their reservation without a passport and going through a border patrol.  You want sovereign nation, then guess what, your Canada.  You need to pass through border patrol to get in and outta your country.  God this kinda thing makes me mad.  Worst part for me is one of my very best friends and a college room mate is indian back home in Montana, he'd be disgusted by this.
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.
If I ageed with you, then we'd both be wrong.
You are never to old to learn something stupid.

Sad! Very upsetting. At least he wont be showed off like it was a legal kill at the Yakima Sportsman's show in a few months. They probably have plenty of other poached elk to bring tho. :(
