Ill say it.I DONT TRUST BUTCHERS :dunno:

Worked at a deer processor for 3 seasons.  I process my own game.  Only thing I don't do is make sausage.  I would like to learn differnet ways to do that.  Other than that I do everything.  Vaccuum packing is the way to go.  Absolutly love it.  Keeps the meat good longer.

i always do it myself.
except for every couple of years we gat peperoni made.
