Methow Deer
« on: January 18, 2008, 01:48:55 AM »
My dad and I set out to the methow valley to take pictures of critters with our new(ish) cameras. (Panasonic FZ18 and Leica V-Lux). We are by far not professional photographers but we had a great time and got some cool shots for us anyways. We only had a day and a half and had no snowshoes or cross country skis so our photo ops were just driving around scanning the hillsides, farms and riverbottoms. Here are some of the deer we took pictures of.

Anyone seen my other antler?

Peekaboo! I see you!

These guys maybe brothers?

We saw HUNDREDS of deer and probably just as many subarus driving around. :chuckle:
Only say a dozen or so bucks and they were all small. But like I said we had a great time messin around with our cameras!

Nice pics, thanks for sharing.
Handle every stressful situation like a dog. If you can't eat it or destroy it, piss on it and walk away!
