hogsniper... were you in winter camo near Chelan? A bachelor group of three?

I think I may have been taking photos of the same buck. :)

Great photo either way!
I am not opposed to golf, for I suspect it keeps armies of the unworthy from discovering deer.

That's a shooter anytime, anyplace.

I'm in the 26"-27" range.

When some of our native friends shoot him, we can have them measure him for us.  I'd go 27 with that back stickie fork.  Gorgeous animal....that chest is AWESOME.

I was thinking that his body is so big, it's making the antlers look smaller than they are.  That's a big animal.

Agree with Pathfinder.  That buck has a chest to make Pamela Anderson jealous!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I am going 28" and if he was legal, DRT if I see him.

I'm guessing this buck wasnt right on the road or he would be dead already.

I looked this buck over really well and thought he would go right at 28.  The tribe is hunting the area hard so Im pulling for this guy!!! He was in a hard to reach place but was still only about 300 yds from a crappy road!  These are the crappy cell pics i have and will post more tomorrow when I get my camera back!

Hirshey that wasnt me.   Great bucks you found also!

"the tribe is hunting the area hard".

Come on buddy that doesn't make any sense.  Three hundred yards off the road would be a tough shot using a pawned 30-06 after a case of Keystone Light!  :yike: ........
I think he will make it to see another season.
Will hunt for food.
