Few years ago a buddy of mine and my dad get an elk and my buddy does the honors of dressing it - his first.  My Dad tells a couple of guys who come up to watch that my buddy's an EMT ( emergency medical technician ) .  One of the guys watching the struggle says - I WOULDN'T WANT HIM WORKING ON ME !   haha !

He had a good setup.... too bad he didn't keep his finger below the knife to keep from puncturing something... That was an aweful lot of pressure... had it been in the sun too long?
