Well, I don't know about north of Seattle, but Greenlake IN Seattle has some.

There are Brown Bullheads in just about every lake in Washington. Gissberg Ponds near Smokey Point has Channel Cats.

hmm going to have to find out where Gissberg pond is.  I did not know there were anything but bullheads over here on the wetside.  Catfish are ugly but they sure taste good.

Gissberg Ponds are about 50' off the west side of I-5 at Smokey Point.

Try Lake Stevens, just south of the boat launch in down town. Used to be alot in the little cove there when I was a kid growing up there. Mid to late 60s. Here they a still there but have not tried for them since then!
Take a kid hunting or fishing, Pass it on, it's not yours to keep!

I catch some kind of catfish/bullhead in Sammamish all the time.  Biggest was probably 2-ish pounds.  I don't care for them and throw them all back.
Look man, some times you just gotta roll the dice
