Nice pics. There is some serious long-arming going on in that parking lot pic.  :chuckle:

The cascade didn't fair too bad for us this year. That day was pretty much insane for anyone that knew what they were doing and didn't leave by 9:30. You gotta long arm them when the lady taking the picture is standing 20 feet away and doesn't understand how to operate a camera phone  ;) They were all decent fish though. That was my first steelie, and biggest of the trip. I'm suprised i could still hold him, my fingers were frozen and i could barely move them.

Yeah love hitting the Cascade when I can. Have caught many steelies and kings outta there. Actually my first king I caught came from there and so did my son's. He got to keep a king before I did. And yeah if you know what to do an wait till the mass's leave it can be a productive river. Keep it up an hope you catch many more steelies.  :)

I've only fished for kings up there once and had no clue what I was doing. I'm trying to learn a little from everyone when it comes to steelhead. The guy that got me into it is a pretty die hard drift fisherman. I'm gonna start floatin some jigs in water he can't fish to make him mad! He's of the belief that he'd rather feel the bite than watch it.
