Interarms M X Rifle
« on: February 05, 2010, 09:37:19 PM »
I just picked up a Interarms Mark X  rifle in 300Win.  The stock is a Bell & Carlson.  Anybody got any input on these guns or actions?    I have heard the trigger is adjustable.  I plan to make this a project gun.

Excellent actions.  Should be very accurate as long as the barrel is in good shape.  I know of several customs on the Interarms actions, great shooters.
By my honorable conduct as a hunter let me give a good example and teach new hunters principles of honor, so that each new generation can show respect for their god, other hunters and the animals, and enjoy the dignity of the hunt.

Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant' is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'.

What he said. Even if they aren't customs- good shooters.

As an owner of five Mark X Mauser actions, this ad for OEM replacement stocks (e.g., Remington, Interarms) got my attention.  You'd need to check to make sure it'd work for your specific situation, but it might be an attractive alternative to a synthetic stock.

Just went myself....SOLD OUT.  It also says "backordered," so not sure which one is accurate.  Sorry for the deadend.  Am interested in one myself if you hear they're getting more.

I had an Interarms Mk X in 458 Win Mag for a while. I'm not a huge fan of Mauser actions, but that's just me. It was a decent gun with an average trigger. Other than that, it felt like any other Mauser I've played with. The Mauser style actions are just heavier than I like.
