here's a 52 lb bobby from Wisconsin,old record was 48 plus,bobs just seem heavy.this one on the tail gate is 21 or 19 cant remember which

Just goes to show how hard it is to judge from a rigamortis-stage photo.  I would to have guessed that 52lber at 30-34 lbs.

i would LOVE to have either one of those cats!  Ive got all sorts of plans for mounts and such....now i just have to actually get one....

Nope I didn't have any type of scale in the shop.  I'll just have to whack one about the same size and weigh it I guess!  

Went out calling all day today with my son looking to fill his cougar boot tag.  Saw some country that should've been very familiar to me, as I walked every foot of it when I logged it, but it no longer looks the same!  No cats, but had fun. I do know now that calling in the rain/snow mix for cats can get really cold.  I must be getting soft in my old age.
