HEADS UP!!!

Had the same online application problem last night so I decided to go the old school way and phone it in. Got a phone call today and none of my 4 hunt choices were registered into the phone system. Yep, even the phone system is screwed. It might be worth checking into, just to make sure...

Did it give you a conformation #?  F&G called you?

Yep, have the confirmation number and everything. Got a personal phone call today for WDFW, telling me that my choices weren't processed (he did say that it was a problem at their end) and that I needed to call back before tomorrow evening or I wouldn't be included in the drawing. Needless to say, I called back within 5 minutes!!!

Also, just before calling him back, I checked online to see if my application had been processed and it said that it had, time stamped last night, and same confirmation number.

Makes a person wonder if they're really in the drawing or not...

Well I just got the call to.  Everything went through except for the Hunt numbers.  All I had to do is give them to the guy over the phone and he hooked me up.

It's nice that the F&G are calling us trying to get things fixed.

hmmm yeah... what a freaking joke. not only are the results from the spring bear in 2008, yes 2008, 2 years ago not available, they screwed up my point total. it said i had zero points when i went to submit my app. i called and after about 45 min on the phone they figured out that somehow there computer messed up. said it still would have counted my 5 points but for some reason it was showing 0 points on my application. yeah, IM SURE it would have counted my 5 points...  *censored*ING RETARDS! sorry, but i spend a lot of time and money when it comes to the wdfw and thats just unacceptable. now i really wonder if theres some other reason, maybe some computer problem that has kept me from ever drawing a trophy big game tag in this state. goin on 9 points for deer and elk 12 for sheep and goat and 8 for moose. total horse *censored*.  anyhow, a couple hundred bucks later i got my apps submitted with no glitches, im sure i'll be getting a big fat 'not selected' as usual though. thanks wdfw morons. >:(
