Hey yall, I am new to the site and to Washington hunting. I am from S. Texas, and really excited about hunting up here. I went Bear hunting last year but never saw anything. I am hoping that maybe I can get some help or pointers from some of yall more experienced hunters.

Texas eh?  I was close enough when I was stationed in Lawton!!!  There is a lot of wisdom but also a lot of opinonated stuff on this fourm.  Take it for what its worth.  I have learned a lot here, too bad it was 40 yrs too late eh?  Yeah, I'm an outsider here sometimes.
