Never thought I'd contribute to this thread being a first legal buck kinda guy..

Very thankful to have the opportunity to harvest this awesome animal and share the moment with my dad who was a ridge away. This buck was like a horse (I'm 6'4" 240 so mess up the scale of any photo), with a lot of character. Only legal deer I saw in 7 days of hunting. Neck shot that got the jaw made him hard to photo.

Yeah, I wish I could've met that beast! I ended up harvesting a good one that year, but I just love character like that.
