.300 Win Mag in a Steyr Prohunter; it is topped with a Leupold 3.5-10 X 50 VariX III.  I have a Mod70 Winchester in .300WM and Leupold VariX II that hasn't made it out of the safe in the 8 years that I have had the Steyr.

I use 168gr Barnes TSX for deer, elk, bear, grouse, antelope and coyotes.

I also use a .54 cal TC Rengade muzzleloader for elk, but I bought a new ML last year and now the Renegade is a backup.  The new ML is a Austin & Halleck .50 cal.
May I always be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.

I use a Winchester M70 action with a fluted stainless ultramatch barrel in .300WM, jewel trigger, Mcmillian stock, talley rings, Leupold 4.5-14, sims recoil pad. This thing has been to the gunsmith a couple of times  ;)

I have a 300 Win Mag (the real one) that my Brother built for me. Its a Whitworth action, trued and blued, Douglas barrel, glass bedded, timney trigger. On the floor plate it is engraved, "Custom Built for Carl E. Durham with a Brothers Love 1972" with that rifle I have taken many head of game, I have shot one animal twice, I made my longest deer kill, longest and largest Elk kill, biggest bear kill, with that rifle. but I dont play with that rifle, unless its down and dirty, gonna kill a big or bad, know I gotta shoot along ways, or something else demanding, it stays home because I cant replace it.
For every day kinda big game, I like my Tika T3 lite stainless 270 (the real one) with a good 130 grain bullet around 3000fps. Other than that I got lotsa guns like em all!!

Browning A bolt, 270 Win. with whatever bullets I am shooting at the time. Lately I've been using 140 grain Barnes TSX. Scope is a Leupold Vari-X III in a 3.5-10x40.

for deer and bear I shoot a Remington 700 CDL SF with a Monarch 5-20 scope chambered in the 300 wsm. I use 180 gr. federal vital shock loaded with the Barnes triple-shock x bullet. Very accurate combo.

For elk I shoot a Diamond Black Ice at 65 lbs. with a Shuttle-T 100 gr. broadhead.
