PNW White Tail books/instructions/DVDs?

Having just relocated to NE Washington, I am inquiring if there are any instructional DVDs or books that may be specific to White Tails in our/my area. 

I know many will say that WTs are the same here, or in PA, or SC. 

Having grown up in PA, I shot some as a kid, but I am anxious to actually try and harvest a nice one and not have to rely on luck.

Any thoughts on where to start my education towards learning about the WTs and tips/tricks for buck in NE Washington?
