Got a new to me Baikal 16 gauge O/U today with a case of #6 shot today. I was looking at the 4 chokes with it and it has a full, M, and 2 IC's. My son will be toting it around this weekend and i think i am going to put the full in the top barrel and the Mod in the bottom barrel.
Looking for suggestions. I am going to buy the turkey choke made for this gun on gun broker but it will not be here for the youth hunt.
All of the Remington® imported Baikal®'s I have seen, in all gauges; have
CYL, IC, MOD, & FULL Chokes. The CYL and IC were rated for Steel shot, the MOD & FULL were not. Are you sure you have two IC chokes? One quite possible may be CYL. I have a Remington® SPR220 (Baikal® IZH-43) 20ga SxS, and the four chokes are CYL, IC, MOD, & FULL.
