We haven't been since they moved it. Prior to that I think we had a streak of going for the full three days for about ten years. Great fun for the family. Planning on going this year.
Can't we all just get along?

I had a great time at the shoot last year, we stayed all three days. I dont remember if it was the first or second day, me and my buddy Jered were walking up to the food wagon in the morning and we past a young archery hunter and his dad and the kid was packing in a nice Bird he shot that morning.

It is an archery shoot. 60 3-D targets, unmarked distance. It is located near the conboy lake refuge past B-Z corners.

If your driving down to shoot 1 day I would say get there as early as you can and try to shoot the course twice. If you are gonna camp then you will have a blast. You can take your time and enjoy.

This shoot is literally in my back yard.  Just make sure ya all pick up after yourselves. Last year everybody did a pretty good job at that.  One thing, this shoot has a real bad reputation for the locals.  Some who attend have no respect for those who live here.  It maybe held in the woods, but people do live and ranch that land.  Be the example for others and respect the speed limits on the roads and when you drive by the ranches that are there.  "SLOW- CHILDREN AT PLAY" And wave as you go by the big white house in Glenwood  :hello:

Thanks for the reminder. The site sponsors try and keep everyone aware of the impact there is with that size of event. I know the local sherriff keeps an eye out as well ;). Definetly a good time!
