Any thoughts on this camera ? Good, bad or otherwise ?

its a good camera, not the best, not the worst.  Its 6MP, has a AF motor in it so you can use non AF-s lenses.  Totaly depends on what you would pay for it and how many clicks its has.  A friend has that and takes some good pictures.
