I am curious, what would you consider the worst call you have ever bought/tried for turkey hunting? :dunno:

No joke, this is it, I'm sure someone somewhere killed a turkey with the call in their hand.  It wasn't the call, the bird was deaf and had no clue as to what was going on.  Please by all means, buy one and video the bird getting shot.  We should have a contest with a prize.  Maybe give a plaque or something.

A buddy and I were set up on different ends of a cornfield.I could here him calling his ass off.Sounded like the worst calling I'd ever heard. Then I heard the blast and saw birds scatter.I snuck over where I could safely see. There he was tagging a gobbler.I walked over to tell him that was the worst calling ever.He replied "I didn't call once, that was a real hen." :dunno:
I don't know why they call it hamburger helper, does just fine on its own.

I will NEVER buy another Lohman call again whether it be turkey, predator or anything else!  I have thrown every last one of the damn things in the trash!  I use a box call that my Grandfather made 50 years ago.  It works just as good or better than what anyone has on the market right now, IMO.

Ordered my favorite mouth reeds from cabelas last week with some tick spray after reading the other thread.  Stuff still hadn't shown up yet so I checked my order history, no history of it.  Did find that my wife had stolen some points and had some new clothes on the way.  Not sure I'm comfortable with this.

I bought one of those that sounded really good but misplaced it.  I bought a new one this spring and it sounds like crap!  Maybe it'll be good enough to make the toms think I'll be an easy to nail, retarded hen....   :chuckle:

My first bird did the exact same thing.  Wouldn't come to anything but my "Easy Yelper" I think it's by H.S. Strut..   My biggest and best bird to date still!!!  :dunno:
